Self-adhesive Premier style "donut" dots for toms
The finishing touch for any late 70's/early 80's Premier kit.
Set of 4 self adhesive Premier style "donut" dots for 12", 13", 14" and 16" tom heads. Made from 75 micron gloss black vinyl, these dots are designed as a cosmetic enhancement to replicate the distinctive look of tom resonant heads, they are NOT specifically designed to replicate the sound control qualities of the original dots or to withstand use on batter heads.
They will adhere to clear or smooth white mylar heads, please note, they will NOT adhere to coated heads.

“I love the sound and feel of old heads on vintage drums, but being a fairly heavy hitter its hard to get the heads to that point without them getting too worn out.
Mike at Baskey Vintage suggested the donuts, so I applied them to the underside of my single ply batter heads and not only did they look cool, but they really made a difference to the sound. The snare lost some of its annoying overtones without losing any of it response. My 16" Floor tom felt a little less baggy and the sound was unbelievable.... warmer with more low end and a more focused tone. The rack tom lost none of its bite, the donut added more warmth and focus. I love these things, they give me the tone, warmth and feel from my drums that I have been looking for for years.
