Baskey Vintage can offer a full service to your beloved drum kit, vintage or not-so-old, either way, it will benefit from a thorough clean, lubrication and expert tune up.

Repairs

Restoration

You’d be surprised how many kits that appear to be “past their sell-by date” can be resurrected whether it’s a new acquisition that needs our consideration, or a family heirloom, you can be assured of meticulous attention to detail when we bring a forlorn set of drums back to their former glory.

Replicas

A proven track record in creating near exact replicas of long gone drums is available for your perusal should you be in need of the “impossible to find”. Careful planning and detailed research goes into every commission to ensure as many original or identical contemporaneous components are utilised in creating replica drums.

Re-wraps

Probably the most cost effective way to revitalise a drum kit, hundreds of finishes including sparkles, glitters and pearls are available as well as solid gloss colours. A full kit service is included with a re-wrap.

Part Fabrication

So often a favourite item of hardware is let down by a “weak link”, or a small but vital function that needs “tweaking” and this can be exacerbated further when the equipment is no longer made and spares force the heinous crime of cannibalising! Our facilities allow us to assess the needs of any drummer and manufacture replacement parts, or custom parts to improve a function which are often much higher quality than the original.

If it’s too short, too long, not wide enough, hangs off the back or just simply “ain’t right”, we can deal with it.
